BlackBerry Pearl Goes Farsi!

At last! The new T-Mobile upgrade for BlackBerry Pearl (4.2.1.107) adds Arabic to the list of supported languages. Since Farsi and Arabic scripts are very similar, I can read the comments from Didigoftam Weblog on my Blackberry. Fantastic! ... Well, except for the fact that I don't get that many comments in my Didigoftam weblog.

Although my fellow Persians don't want to admit it, we owe our Arab neighbors a lot for invading us and changing our script. Do you really think RIM would add Persian Cuneiform to the list of supported languages?

Amazon.com aquires DPReview.com

"It will be fantastic to be able to expand and build on that without compromising our quality or independence. With the support and resources of Amazon we can achieve this." (read more)

It's interesting because both DPReview and Amazon are my favorite sites. I guess good hearts find each other. Don't ask me what the heck I meant by this 'cause I don't know!
